A spectacular, colorful, and joyful production of "Seussical, Jr." took center stage on April 16th and 17th, featuring the SWS Drama Club performers. It was a magical evening proving that indeed, "Anything is Possible" when the members and moderators of the SWS Drama Club use their beautiful and bountiful God-given talents. Congratulations to all! St. Genesius of Rome, patron saint of actors and the theater, Pray for Us!

Every year, on the Friday before Palm Sunday, SWS hosts a student Retreat Day, intended to prepare hearts and minds for Holy Week. This year, SWS planned a Passover Seder for grades 4-8 to give our students a better understanding of the Passover meal Jesus shared with his disciples at the Last Supper. It was a moving experience for all involved, connecting the rituals and traditions of the Jewish Passover with the beauty of our Catholic faith and the Sacrifice of the Mass. Following the Seder, students attended the Living Stations of the Cross, beautifully presented by our 7th graders. It was a day spent journeying with Jesus through His last meal and His Passion. We give thanks to God for His many blessings on our school!
