Welcome!
In Mrs. Paxhia’s classroom you are always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly Hello. We are a family in our classroom. We will always cheer and clap for each other. My students enjoy the fun innovative hands-on classroom. I'm excited to build and work on the foundational skills for first grade. We are going to have a great exciting year learning and working hard.
Message to Parents!Welcome to First Grade! I have been blessed to be teaching at our Catholic school since 2024, and it is truly a joy to serve our students and families each day.
I believe first grade should be a place where faith, learning, hard work, and fun come together. In our classroom, students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and socially while feeling safe, supported, and valued as children of God.
I love working hard with my students and making learning joyful and engaging. From hands-on activities to moments of laughter, I strive to create a classroom environment where children feel excited to learn and confident to try new things.
Strong communication and partnership with parents is very important to me. When teachers and families work together, we can best ensure that each child grows, flourishes, and reaches their full potential.
