"Techless Tuesday" Initiative introduced at St. William the Abbot School

True learning happens when hearts, minds, and hands come together in meaningful ways. To strengthen our mission of educating the whole person, SWS has introduced TECHLESS TUESDAYS--a weekly opportunity for students and teachers to step away from screens and rediscover the joy of learning through authentic, face-to-face experiences. On TECHLESS TUESDAYS, classrooms are alive with discussion, creativity, problem-solving, reading, writing, collaboration, and hands-on exploration. Whether it's taking a lesson outdoors, annotating a good book, building with manipulatives, experimenting in science, or sharing in prayer and reflection, our students learn that technology is a tool--not a replacement--for curiosity, imagination, and human connection.
